Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to provide on-site management for diverse industrial projects at client facilities. You will travel 100% and work on-site, coordinating with engineering and trades to deliver safe, quality installations.

We require 10+ years of industrial construction management performance and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, plus an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and OSHA credentials.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written) due to site coordination and client interactions.
• Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience; OSHA 10, 1926.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% and work full-time on-site at client locations.
• Promote, support, and monitor safety policies of Foth and clients.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain the Foth–Client relationship.
• Serve as a primary technical contact with the client and internal design teams.
• Oversee construction management for Design Build or turnkey projects to ensure quality.
• Coordinate construction schedules with engineering, trades, vendors, and the client.
• Lead trades to ensure safe, within-budget, on-schedule construction scope.
• Independently resolve day-to-day on-site issues.
• Coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with engineering teams.
• Manage change in scope, schedule and budget with project manager.
• Provide input to constructability reviews and keep stakeholders informed.
