Job summary

The Foth Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Manager for on-site, client-facing projects nationwide. You will lead construction management across equipment installations, facility construction, site work, and line installations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10, 1926 certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% and work full-time on-site at client locations.
• Promote and monitor safety policies at Foth and client sites.
• Resolve conflicts and strengthen Foth-client relationships.
• Serve as primary technical contact with client and internal teams.
• Oversee construction management for Design Build and turnkey projects.
• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules with engineering, trades, vendors.
• Lead trades to ensure safe, within-budget, and on-schedule work.
• Independently resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Coordinate with engineering on technical/design issues.
• Manage change for scope, schedule, budget with project manager.
• Contribute input to constructability reviews.
• Provide daily site activity reports to stakeholders.
