• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls and chats from new and existing customers.
• Complete customer intake and gather information to identify needs.
• Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, payments, and account setup.
• Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Document interactions accurately and thoroughly.
