Job summary

Mortenson Dental Partners is seeking a bilingual front desk professional to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service. The role involves greeting families, handling phone inquiries, and accurately scheduling and updating patient appointments in our systems.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with at least one year of professional or contact center experience and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1 year using both English and Spanish languages in a professional and/or contact center capacity.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
