Riverside Community Care is hiring a Home Visiting Manager for Early Head Start in Somerville, MA. This on-site, full-time role supports Home Visitors with reflective supervision and professional growth while ensuring fidelity to the Home-Based model and Head Start Performance Standards.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to improve daily operations, evaluate data, and strengthen program outcomes, services, and policies. Eligible for competitive benefits.

Home Visiting Manager- Early Head Start

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Home Visiting Manager!

In this vital role, the Early Head Start Home Visiting Manager provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors (HV), supports their professional growth and high-quality service delivery, ensures fidelity to the home-based program model and Head Start Performance Standards, and collaborates with program leadership to support day-to-day operations.

The Home Visiting Manager also partners with the leadership team to advance continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, evaluation, and decision-making to strengthen program outcomes, services, and policies.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $38.00/hour depending on experience; with anadditional $0.96/hour language differential available

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours - Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on-site
