Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking an ERSEA Specialist for Early Head Start. You will handle eligibility, recruitment, intake, enrollment, and attendance, with a focus on intake completion, application processing, and data entry in ChildPlus.

You will also manage waitlists and engage with families and community partners to support enrollment. The role emphasizes timely, accurate data and compliance with Head Start standards, plus active community outreach to reduce barriers to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with data entry and enrollment systems.
• Head Start/ Early Head Start familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance.
• Process intake completion and application processing; enter data in ChildPlus.
• Maintain waitlists and track enrollment progress.
• Engage with families and community partners for outreach and recruitment.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with program standards.
