Meneses Law is an Immigration law firm seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Bilingual Sales Specialist will be an expert in understanding Meneses Law’s services and respond to questions and queries about our services.

The ideal candidate has top-notch sales and excellent customer service experience, with attention to detail, goal orientation, ethics, and dedication. This role offers a competitive hourly wage with commission and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 1 year of sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and welcome them.
• Convert sales and meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide recommendations based on client needs.
• Update customer records and document sales.
• Follow up with clients via phone and email.
• Adhere to a scripted communication approach.
• Collaborate with management to implement improvements.
• Provide ongoing client liaison and reporting.
