The ideal candidate has 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
• Minimum 2 years as an immigration paralegal with EOIR/USCIS experience.
• Strong knowledge of immigration forms, procedures, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with clients, attorneys, and government agencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (Clio, INSZoom, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents with EOIR and USCIS.
• Draft motions, affidavits, declarations, and legal correspondence.
• Maintain and organize client case files, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation for cases.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys to support case strategy and hearings.
• Monitor case status and follow up with government agencies as needed.
