Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.
• 3+ years of immigration experience required; 3–5+ years preferred.
• USCIS and EOIR case management knowledge in immigration law.
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Organize and prioritize workload with software tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of business
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to type at least 45 wpm.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook.
• Ability to lift large case files up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee case management with supervisors and supervising attorneys.
• Explain immigration process and requirements to clients.
• Collect information and documents for applications.
• Fill out applications accurately and review for errors.
• Manage deadlines and process mail.
• Provide detailed notes in case management system.
• Translate documents as needed.
• Assist team as required.
• Contribute ideas to grow the firm.
• Travel to court or post office as needed.
