The role emphasizes engaging vulnerable communities, delivering trainings, and collaborating with program teams to meet clinic needs while traveling across five boroughs and supporting weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent professional training related to the position.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience working with diverse communities and strong public speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate outreach strategies with community partners (parishes, DOE schools, community organizations).
• Attend events to promote CCCS legal services, including screenings and referrals.
• Develop trainings and outreach materials for communities we serve.
• Maintain and update attendee resources and external referrals information.
• Track outreach presentations and attendance with CRM and data systems.
• Maintain knowledge of city agencies and resources for non-legal needs.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure capacity clinics.
• Support intake coordination and attendee confirmations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as needed.
