Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS) seeks an Outreach Coordinator in New York City to engage immigrant communities and connect individuals with free immigration legal services and referrals.
The role involves planning outreach strategies with parishes, schools, and community-based organizations; delivering Know Your Rights trainings; maintaining materials; and coordinating with the data team. Travel to all five boroughs and some evenings/weekends are required.

Summary: The Outreach Coordinator will join Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS) as part of a coordinated citywide initiative to reach immigrant communities across New York City. Through community presence and outreach efforts, the outreach coordinator will help connect individuals to the appropriate CCCS program and/or the MOIA hotline for free immigration legal services, referrals, or information. The coordinator will ensure that the community knows what services CCCS provides for immigrants and asylum seekers and how to access CCCS programs for free, safe, confidential legal services. This position is ideal for someone who feels comfortable engaging vulnerable communities and who is committed to the mission of supporting immigrant families.
This is a full-time position that will require working out in the field when conducting outreach, when necessary. The remaining time will be spent performing admin and outreach work at CCCS’ office and/or remotely. Days and hours of work are generally 9:00 AM to 5: PM Monday - Friday. Position requires willingness to travel to all five (5) boroughs and availability to work some weekend and evening hours. Additional hours may be required to meet case-related and/or program deadlines, or client needs.
