Job summary

Vertical Screen Inc. is seeking an I-9 Document Witness to serve as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team. This in-office position is located in Warminster, PA, offering a shift 12pm-8pm Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Saturday with Tue/Sun off, and pays $16.00/hr.

You will handle forms, communications with applicants, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and policies while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must have strong telephone skills and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during a scheduled work period.

Responsibilities

• Works within our i9Success product. Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
• Responsible for handling incoming emails, calls, chats and investigates issues to resolve.
• Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Maintains knowledge base with up-to-date product knowledge and company policies.
• Meets individual and team performance targets as directed by the organization.
• Identifies escalation points and routes to appropriate internal staff when needed.
