Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc in Warminster, PA is seeking an I-9 Document Witness to serve as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team. This is an in-office position with a 12pm-8pm shift.

You will manage incoming emails, calls and chats, assist applicants through the workflow, maintain the knowledge base, and strive to meet individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred; strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Attention to detail and reliability; strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Works within i9Success product; completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
• Manages incoming emails, calls, and chats; investigates issues to determine proper resolution.
• Assists subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Maintains knowledge base with updated product knowledge and company policies.
• Meets individual and team performance targets.
• Identifies escalation needs and routes to appropriate internal staff.
