Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented I-9 Validator for an in-office role in Warminster, PA. The position focuses on validating Historical Forms I-9 for accuracy and proper entry into the i9Success Management System.

The role supports E-Verify processes and requires strong time management, organizational skills, and confidentiality. The pay is $16.00 per hour with a standard 9am–5pm shift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine Form I-9 fields for data entry accuracy and discrepancies.
• Correct errors or request additional investigation and document deficiencies.
• Investigate areas of deficiency and correct accordingly.
• Follow standardized proofreading procedures.
• Assist in completion of E-Verify cases or other Form I-9 validation.
