Job summary

Vertical Screen is seeking an I-9 Document Witness for the Warminster, PA office. The role focuses on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team, with shifts including 12pm-8pm on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat, or 12pm-8pm/10am-6pm options.

Compensation starts at $16.00/hr, with in-office duties and background screening. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, time management, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities, plus proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Works within the i9Success product to complete Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact.
• Receives and responds to emails, calls, and chats, resolving issues.
• Assists subjects in processing and completing Form I-9.
• Keeps knowledge base up to date with product knowledge and policies.
• Meets individual and team performance targets.
• Escalates conversations to appropriate internal staff when needed.

Job Description

The I-9 Document Witness serves as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team.

This is an in-office position located in Warminster, PA. This position pays $16.00hr. We are seeking the following shift: 12pm-8pm Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Saturday (Tues/Sun Off), 12pm-8pm or 10am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Works within our i9Success product. Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
• Responsible for handling incoming e-mails, calls, chats. Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution.
• Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Maintaining knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Meeting performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
• Identifying escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to elevate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.

Required Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent time management and organziational skills.
• Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Elevated communication skills orally and in writing, as well as the ability to empathize with others.
• Ability to uphold professional manners while at work.
• Must have strong telephone skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects during a scheduled work period.

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
