Job Overview

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the HR department, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. You will collaborate with team members and applicants to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support HR Team: Act as the receptionist for the HR team, respond to inquiries about job opportunities, forms, or procedures, manage the HR mailbox, and maintain employee files.
  2. Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist with pre-employment activities, schedule tests and screenings, prepare for new hire orientations, and oversee relocation and HRIS processes.
  3. Training & Development: Maintain training records, update employee training information, send reminders for overdue training, and generate reports.
  4. Event Coordination: Assist in planning events like company outings and activities, and manage company gifts and apparel processes.
  5. Communication & Organization: Update organizational charts, communicate schedules and calendars, and handle employment verifications.
  6. Safety & Security: Administer safety procedures, schedule safety meetings, issue security access cards, and maintain security data.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Administrative Assistance or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
