Job summary

Stampede Culinary Partners in Sunland Park, NM is seeking a full-time Bilingual Human Resources & Safety Coordinator to support HR operations and workplace safety across our facilities. The role emphasizes bilingual communication, training delivery, and safety program implementation.

You will manage workers’ compensation processes, uphold compliance, and serve as a key liaison for employees and leadership, promoting a culture of safety and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Safety, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week on 2nd shift.

As our Bilingual Human Resources & Safety Coordinator, you will support both HR operations and workplace safety initiatives across multiple facilities. You will help lead annual trainings, assist with safety programs, support workers’ compensation processes, and ensure employees work in a safe and compliant environment.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for employees and leadership, promoting a workplace culture built on safety, compliance, communication, and support. Your bilingual communication skills will ensure clear and effective communication for our workforce.

Qualifications For Success

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred
• 1‑2 years of related experience required
• OSHA certification is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
• Proficiency with computers, including HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet software
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both in an office setting and within a production environment as needed
