This role will play a key part in maintaining our safety culture through administrative support, onboarding coordination, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the company’s safety program
• Coordinate and lead new hire safety onboarding and orientation
• Maintain safety documentation, logs, and compliance records
• Track training requirements and certifications for field personnel
• Assist with internal reporting, data tracking, and safety metrics
• Provide general administrative support related to safety and HR functions

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaker (required)
