You will manage workers’ compensation processes, uphold compliance, and serve as a key liaison for employees and leadership, promoting a culture of safety and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Safety, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual trainings and assist safety programs.
• Support workers’ compensation processes and compliance.
