Job summary

IRP Medical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner III to partner with managers and employees to align HR services with business objectives. Acts as a change agent and leads talent management activities. Anticipates HR-related needs and implements integrated solutions.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a focus on compliance, workforce planning, and employee relations. Based in Ontario, CA, with travel to San Clemente and nearby sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or High School Diploma/GED with four years relevant experience and certs may substitute.
• Five+ years of HR experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Experience managing HR programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate on workforce and succession planning; develop key talent.
• Coach managers on performance management and development.
• Implement HR policies, procedures and regulatory compliance.
