Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Bilingual HR Business Partner to align people strategy with field operations across multiple states. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and reports to the VP, Human Resources. You will partner with managers on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations while delivering hands-on HR execution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English and able to communicate across states.
• 4-5+ years of progressive HR experience with business partnership or generalist roles.
• 3+ years supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Experience advising and influencing managers independently with sound judgment.
• Proficient in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and field leaders.
• Advise managers on performance management, disciplinary action, and employee relations.
• Lead workplace investigations with legal counsel on higher-risk matters.
• Own leave and accommodation requests (FMLA, ADA) for units.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Own workers' compensation claims end-to-end with a 3rd party admin.
• Deliver HR guidance in English and Spanish to field workforce.
• Coach managers on HR fundamentals, difficult conversations, change management.
• Contribute to policy development and company-wide HR initiatives.
• Communicate benefits programs and open enrollment support.
• Support training and safety initiatives; maintain accurate records.
