Job summary

IRP Med is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner III (Bilingual - Spanish) to partner with managers and employees to align human resource services with business objectives. Acts as a change agent and leads talent management activities.

Anticipates and assesses human resources-related needs and seeks to implement integrated solutions. Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent substitution.
• 5+ years of HR experience with focus on HR programs and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Partners with leaders to drive engagement, productivity and retention.
• Collaborates on workforce planning, succession and talent development.
• Coaches managers on performance, development and leadership effectiveness.
• Manages HR policies and employment law compliance.
• Manages employee relations and conducts investigations.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding and new hire integration.
• Maintains HR records and supports compensation processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
