The Halter Group is seeking an HR Associate focusing on talent acquisition to support our multi-state operations in a hybrid role. You will manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, targeting specialty trades including UVM field crews, diesel technicians, and fleet roles.

You’ll partner with hiring managers to build pipelines and deliver a professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, process-minded, and comfortable working remotely while also engaging in field outreach

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR with niche skilled trades experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and ATS.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions remotely/hybrid.
• Willingness to travel regionally (~30%).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with managers to shape recruiting strategies.
• Design proactive sourcing for niche trades (UVM, diesel, fleet).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across locations.
