Job summary

Halter Group is seeking an HR Associate – Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bilingual) to drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple states in a hybrid role. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent for specialty trades, including UVM field crews, diesel technicians, and fleet roles.

The ideal candidate will manage candidate pipelines, partner with managers, and maintain strong relationships with community partners while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting or HR with success sourcing niche trades such as UVM, diesel, or fleet roles.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and ATS.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and shape recruiting strategies.
• Design proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill trades such as UVM field staff, diesel mechanics, and fleet roles.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines across multiple locations.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens and interviews, and provide summaries to hiring managers.
• Create and manage job postings and requisitions in the ATS.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events across the region.
