Job summary

Trilogy Personnel & Land Management Inc is seeking a bilingual HR data entry clerk for a second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) in the Central Valley. You will process applications and employee data, input training records into the Farmer’s Office, and support onboarding activities.

You must be fluent in Spanish and English, possess intermediate Excel skills, and travel daily to various counties to perform HR functions with accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English for business purposes.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience is required.
• Daily travel across Central Valley counties to perform HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and verifications for employee data and training records.
• Receive, process, and store applications and employee data in the Farmer’s Office system.
• Prepare badges, identifications, and security-related duties as needed.
• Maintain logs and records; verify data against source documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in other clerical tasks including filing, faxing, and copying.
