Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) in United States, FL, seeks an HR Supervisor to manage day-to-day HR operations across the Jacksonville plant. You will partner with plant leadership to implement HR policies, support staffing, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong HR knowledge, and experience in a manufacturing setting. You’ll oversee onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS data while contributing to safety and culture

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of HR generalist experience in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP/UKG a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily HR functions and plant-level HR operations.
• Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning and talent development.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Administer onboarding, orientation, recognition, and exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and maintain employee records.
• Support recruitment by coordinating interviews and postings.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership.
