This role requires bilingual English and Spanish, a bachelor’s in HR or related field, and at least two years of experience. You will handle benefits, HRIS, and performance processes while maintaining confidentiality and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; strong communication in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: postings, screening, interviewing, recommendations.
• Manage onboarding activities to ensure smooth entry for new hires.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports and analytics.
