Dayzim is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Specialist to manage HR data, support transactions, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll partner with leaders to ensure compliant, people-first HR processes and create bilingual SOPs for local operations.

The role requires 2+ years HR experience, an AA degree (BA/BS preferred), and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS and generate routine and ad hoc reports.
• Support core HR transactions including hiring, orientation, compensation changes, benefits enrollment, leaves, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Provide baseline employee relations support and assist in investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Deliver training and onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure a compliant, welcoming experience.
• Create and document SOPs, workflows, and job aids in English & Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS and produce routine/ad hoc reports.
