Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to support the Tampa office. The role combines onboarding, payroll, and employee relations with the opportunity to help build out a dedicated HR function as the company restructures its Ops/HR leadership.

This is a 3-month contract-to-hire engagement, on-site four days a week in Tampa, FL 33607, with ADP payroll experience preferred. You will partner with local leaders and the Switzerland-based parent company on HR matters related to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with onboarding and payroll
• Lean, hands-on office environment experience
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation
• Process payroll using ADP
• Serve as an approachable HR resource for employees and leadership in the Tampa office
• Support employee relations and other core HR functions
• Develop and implement new HR policies and processes as the function is built out
• Partner with local leadership and the Switzerland-based parent company on HR matters tied to international expansion
• Coordinate general office management and administrative responsibilities
• Remain flexible and assist with responsibilities outside a traditional HR scope as needed
