Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in HRIS and its HR applications.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• PHR certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Experience managing employee relations and HR regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HR inquiries and guide employees at all levels.
• Utilize HRIS to manage data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Oversee benefits administration and enrollment procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee recognition programs.
• Work with management to identify HR issues and develop strategic solutions.
