Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle MyHR portal inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Administer HR data and benefits processing in HRIS.
• Process high volumes of cases and calls with accuracy.
• Run HR reports and analysis from HRIS.
• Maintain standard MyHR documentation and workflows.
• Administer medical, dental, retirement, COBRA and related benefits.
• Support year-end benefits enrollment processing.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding as needed.
• Assist with setting up benefit programs for new sites.
• Support onsite talent acquisition activities as required.
• Maintain digital employee records and compliance.
• Navigate Oracle HCM and UKG for daily operations.
