Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Partner (English/Spanish) for the 3rd shift. This role can be located in Murray, Kentucky, with other options in Troy, Ohio; Fort Worth, Texas.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, conducting investigations, coaching on performance and conduct, and addressing trends while maintaining confidential documentation. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years HR/employee relations experience; SHRM/PHR certification and Oracle HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3-5 years in HR, employee relations, labor relations, or related area.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted consultant to leaders on performance, conduct, conflict, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct objective investigations involving policy concerns, workplace conflicts, and misconduct.
• Provide coaching to leaders on employee relations best practices.
• Identify trends and risks in employee relations with leadership.
• Support development and delivery of performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation on employee relations matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights to improve retention and experience.
• Review and process religious accommodation requests.
• Assist leadership in responding to emergencies and sensitive employee situations.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.
