Job summary

Brava Roof Tile seeks an HR & Safety Generalist to support day-to-day human resources, recruiting, and workplace safety at our McDonough, GA plant. The role prefers bilingual English/Spanish communication and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, Paycom HRIS management, safety orientation, incident documentation, and collaboration with Operations to foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in recruiting, HR, or related role.
• 2+ years in safety.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• HRIS – Paycom experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Onsite role in McDonough, GA.
• Ability to flex schedule for night shift HR support.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain records in Paycom.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding, pre-employment requirements, and HR inquiries.
• Provide language interpretation as needed.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
