Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Representative to deliver exceptional HR services to leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. You will implement HR strategies, advise on employee relations, and drive culture initiatives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with preferred PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications, strong knowledge of HR systems, and experience in investigations, data analytics, onboarding, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years of experience.
• Some knowledge of HR is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution is preferred.
• Experience with investigations is preferred.
• Experience with data analytics is preferred.
• Experience facilitating trainings is preferred.
• Experience with onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Employee relations and engagement.
• Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
• Drive initiatives/activities in support of site climate and culture.
• Conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to HR activities.
• Ensure audit activities for HR policy compliance.
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance reviews, safety, and harassment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers and actively listen to associates.
• Assist with staffing, succession planning and associate programs and processes.
• Understand concepts related to compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications.
• Administration of EOS process data and action planning.
• Enter and maintain data in the HRMS system.
• Administration of our performance management process.
