Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Cold Spring, MN to welcome new hires and guide them through their first 60 days. You’ll provide hands-on training on the production floor, track progress, and collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish language skills, a high school diploma, and strong organizational abilities. Weekend shifts may be required, and safety is a core priority.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new hires and guide them through the first 60 days.
• Provide hands-on training on the production floor (majority of time).
• Track training progress and qualification status.
• Foster relationships between new hires and supervisors.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure onboarding success.
• Participate in HR and company committees.
