Job summary

Randstad USA in Norcross, GA is seeking a hands-on HR & Payroll Coordinator to support a workforce of 110–130 employees. You will work with HR leadership on weekly/biweekly payroll, end-to-end recruitment, and onboarding, while inspecting site operations and promoting safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, staffing, or payroll in manufacturing or industrial settings, is fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, staffing, recruiting, or payroll in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• On-site role in Norcross, GA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment, post jobs, attend job fairs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and track metrics.
• HRIS & records management: maintain digital and physical personnel files and update status changes in the HRIS.
• Payroll & benefits: process weekly and biweekly payroll for exempt, nonexempt, contract, and temporary employees.
• Employee support: serve as the main point of contact for policies, benefits, payroll, and hiring queries.
• Field & workforce operations: liaise between staffing resources and end-user managers; handle uniform distribution and site visits.
• Safety awareness: understand safety protocols and maintain a safety-first presence during field visits.
