Job summary

The role oversees employee relations, recruitment, safety, compensation, and data management for assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Bachelor’s degree with HR certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years HR experience in manufacturing or industrial plant
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of HR principles, employment law, safety practices

Responsibilities

• OverseeHR policies and procedures across sites
• Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning
• Ensure safety training compliance and safety audits
• Manage onboarding, policy guidance, and employee counseling
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
• Handle compensation, benefits, leaves, and performance management
• Investigate workplace issues and support disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
