Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees, managers, and leadership on day-to-day HR matters.
• Support policies, procedures, and workplace matters; document and escalate as needed.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies.
• Support leave, workers' comp, payroll-related matters, and HR projects.
