LiveTrends Design Group in the United States is seeking a Human Resources Operations Administrator (full-time) to manage HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance across locations. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Human Resources and focuses on accurate data, timely processes, and an excellent employee experience.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has 3+ years HR or administrative experience, and holds an associate or bachelor degree.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years of HR or administrative experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, prepare HR documents, and support lifecycle events.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll processes and assist with benefits enrollment.
• Administer compliance tasks, I-9, EEO, OSHA, and audits as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding including background checks.
• Provide employee support and respond to HR inquiries with confidentiality.
• Generate HR reports and assist with projects & communications.
