The role requires a bilingual English/Spanish speaker, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings, and knowledge of employment laws.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with HR analytics, workforce planning, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance management programs and employee development plans.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
