Bayport Laboratories seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in Houston, TX. You will manage postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, onboard new staff, and support performance reviews and coaching. You will also guide disciplinary actions and exit interviews.

You will work with leadership to maintain confidentiality, ensure policy compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture while upholding US employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Human Resources environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Spanish bilingual requirement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ADP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain employee records and assist audits.
• Create job descriptions and manage job postings.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new staff.
• Assist with performance reviews and coaching.
• Policy changes to company handbook.
