IFAB Corp. seeks an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations at our Gastonia, NC facility, partnering with plant leadership to align practices with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing and bilingual English/Spanish communication to support a diverse workforce.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, benefits administration, and HRIS, while fostering a safe, productive workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of EEO, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Lead recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coach managers on performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding and training.
• Administer benefits and maintain HRIS records.
• Partner with operations on staffing.
