Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager to support a fast-paced operation in Flower Mound, TX. This hands-on role partners with employees and leadership to manage a broad range of HR responsibilities.

You will serve as the day-to-day HR resource, handle employee relations, investigations, performance issues, discipline, and terminations, and lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of broad Human Resources experience.
• HRIS and payroll system experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Distribution, warehouse, or similar operational environment experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day HR resource for employees and leadership.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance issues, discipline, and terminations.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary employees.
• Oversee relationships with staffing agencies and temporary workforce needs.
• Manage payroll/timekeeping, HRIS administration, benefits, leave, and workers' compensation.
• Support performance reviews, compensation programs, HR reporting, and workforce analytics.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and OSHA-related HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, training, recognition programs, and workplace events.
