Qualifications

• 2–4 years of general HR administration experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• HR certification or relevant education preferred.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns, investigations, and policy guidance.
• Conduct on-site investigations for harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and close cases with timely updates.
• Advise managers on conflict resolution, performance improvement, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate HR audits, records, and HRIS data maintenance.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping with ADP.
• Coordinate incident response and safety reporting.
