• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management, employee development, and training programs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning processes.
• Manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and investigations.
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, COBRA, HIPAA.
