• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Prior Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR Generalist support and assists with day-to-day HR functions.
• Acts as a resource for associate relations and ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws and company policies.
• Ensures proper disciplinary action is taken with respect to Concord’s established guidelines.
• Delivers and assists with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Ensures all associates have completed required training.
• Actively supports and participates in property and corporate sponsored programs and events.
• Maintains accurate records of federal, state, and local reports as required by laws and COPs.
• Assists with HR projects as needed.
• Heavy travel required when not working at the corporate office.
