Job summary

CEMCO LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full Time Human Resources professional to manage daily HR functions at the facility, including hiring, interviewing, benefits administration, leaves of absence, and enforcing company policies.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required. This role also handles ADP Workforce Now HRIS, timekeeping, onboarding, safety, performance reviews, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or 7+ years of HR experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ADP Workforce Now HRIS current for hires, terminations, changes, LOAs and benefits.
• Ensure compliance in personnel files, I-9 binders, medical files and confidential information.
• Audit time records for payroll; track EEO data; handle onboarding and staff recruitment.
• Process benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations; explain insurance programs to employees.
