Job summary

Mi Casita is seeking a driven bilingual HR Generalist / Recruiting Manager to own HR data, systems, and the front end of recruiting across all schools. You will partner with school leaders to place strong candidates where they fit best, not just the nearest vacancy.

The role is hybrid, requiring 1–3 years of HR experience, Spanish/English fluency, and proximity to the Philadelphia metro area. You will build scalable processes, maintain reports, and support talent management across the network.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, operations, or related experience.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Based in or near the Philadelphia metro area with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, centralized HR data across all schools.
• Own recurring reporting on people metrics to leadership.
• Digitize HR processes and manage HR data systems for visibility across the network.
• Support recruiting workflows and act as the primary contact for school leaders on open roles.
• Travel regularly to Mi Casita schools in Philadelphia area and Fort Worth as needed.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and engagement surveys.
