Job summary

Lippert Components in Indiana is seeking an HR Administrator to support our growing team. This full-time role handles data entry, employee files, and HRIS data integrity, ensuring accurate records across the facility.

You will participate in recruiting, process new hires, leaves, and terminations, and support benefits and office tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of direct experience in HR.
• Proficient with databases, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining of facility spreadsheets
• Prepares and maintains employee files
• Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files; performs paper and system audits as necessary
• Enters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information
• Processes new-hire, status change and termination paperwork
• Processes and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork
• Participates in recruitment and interview processes
• Performs other duties as assigned
