Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Peabody, MA to hire a Bilingual HR Generalist/Recruiter. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to support a diverse workforce.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has 2+ years HR experience, and carries strong communication skills. Onsite schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• SHRM, PHR, or other HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
• Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment practices.
